Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy covers stillsinmotion.net and the scheduling tool “iCals” at book.stillsinmotion.net and cal.stillsinmotion.net, all operated by Stills in Motion LLC (“we,” “us”), Henderson, Nevada.

2. Information we collect

• Contact form: the name, email, and message you submit.
• Newsletter signup: your email address and name, if provided.
• Booking a call at book.stillsinmotion.net: your company (optional), first and last name, phone number, email address, the reason for the call, and the time you choose.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs, used for security and to keep the site running.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry or call you at the time you booked.
• To send you a booking confirmation and, if you subscribed, our newsletter.
• To place your booked call on Fernando Nava’s calendar.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

4. Google user data (iCals)

iCals is a private scheduling tool used only by Fernando Nava. It connects to his own Google accounts with his permission and requests access to:

• Calendar events (view and edit), to show his calendar inside iCals, to work out which times are free on the public booking page, and to add booked calls to his calendar.
• The list of his calendars (read only), so busy time on every calendar is respected and a call is never booked over another event.
• His email address, to tell connected accounts apart.

People booking a call never see calendar contents: the booking page only receives a list of open times. Google data is stored in our database solely to display Fernando’s own calendar to him and is not shared with anyone. Disconnecting an account deletes its Google access tokens immediately; copies of already-synced events are deleted on request.

iCals’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to develop or train AI or machine-learning models.

5. Service providers

We rely on a few providers to run these services, and they process data only on our behalf: Vercel (website and app hosting), Neon (database for bookings), Google Workspace (email delivery and calendar), and Google Sheets (newsletter list).

6. Cookies

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. iCals sets a single sign-in cookie for Fernando’s private calendar, and the booking page uses none.

7. Retention and your choices

We keep booking and contact details only as long as needed to handle your request and our business records. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time through our contact page, including to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

8. Children

These services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above shows when it last changed. See also our Website Terms of Service.
